Flourless healthy brownies! Yum! But remember it wont be healthy if you eat it all at once 😉
You will need:
2 Cups of black beans (cooked and rinsed)
1 1/2 cups of raw cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp of cinnamon
1-2 dl of coconut sugar(cocosa) depends on how sweet you want it
about 20 dates
6-8 egg whites
4 tbs fat free greek yoghurt
mix all together in the food processor, cook for about 25-30 min on 180 degrees.
1 sugarfree milk chocolate
1 big tbs fat free cream cheese
melt chocolate in a small saucepan and add the cream cheese. Careful, this has to go quick!
Poor the frosting over the brownie, put in the freezer to settle. I also added white chocolate almond protein cookie in the middle. Or you can use a questbar. But this is optional. Melt the cookie in the microwave for a few seconds(careful so you dont burn it) spread the cookie over the brownie and poor over the frosting.
