Good afternoon! It high carb day again, and its time for eating and cooking! I started the day off with these amazing vanilla protein pancakes after 1 hour fasted steady heart rate cardio at the gym. I have posted the recipe on my instagram before, but its too good not to be posted again.
How to make it?
1 cup of oat flour
1 scoop of vanilla protein(i used vanilla and sweet honey, and remember to use good quality protein for taste, or it wont be as good)
dash of cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbs of fat free yoghurt
2-3 egg whites
Mix it all together in the food processor, cook on low to medium heat. Serve with fresh fruit! Bon apetit!
