If you follow me on Instagram(dinacelinax) you probably already know that Im “obsessed” with protein pancakes. I normally make them everyday for breakfast or lunch, or both. And they taste delicious! I have loads of different variarities of recipes on Instagram, all depending on what kind of macros I want. They are always high in protein due to the protein powder, but sometimes I want them higher in carbs or fat. Watch out, there will be coming a lot of different protein pancakes recipes!
Added some blueberries to my pancakes this morning. Actually not a massive blueberry fan, but these ones were lovely. These ones are low carb with under 20 g of carbs and high in fibre!
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
15 g oats
15 g coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract (not the sugary one)
Loads of cinnamon(optional)
15 blueberries – 5 on each
Other spices that can be put in: cardamom, nutmeg, cloves(just a dash of these)
Any milk or water of choice until the mixture gets not too thick but not too runny.
In a food processor, cook on medium-high heat. Serve with Walden Farms Pancake Syrup and some more cinnamon. Happy eating!
